Neuroplasticity & Heart Coherence Coach · Neurosomatic Practitioner
Tina
From external strength to inner safety.
I am a mother, entrepreneur, lawyer, certified HeartMath heart coherence coach, and a somatics practitioner. In my work, I bring together nervous system regulation, heart coherence, neurosomatics, and an understanding of emotional and relationship patterns.
My journey
From the outside, it looked as though I had everything under control.
For many years, I built a successful career in the legal world, guided by structure, responsibility, high standards, and a constant search for solutions. I worked in an environment where reason, analysis, discipline, and the ability to manage complex situations were an essential part of everyday life.
But within me, I felt more and more strongly that another path existed. A path that is not based solely on willpower, achievement, and control, but on a deeper connection with ourselves, our bodies, and our inner sense of safety.
Through my own challenges, losses, relationships, and personal turning points, life invited me to explore myself more deeply. Along the way, I came to understand that many of our patterns, decisions, relationships, and emotional reactions are not the result of a lack of willpower or knowledge, but of the state of our nervous system.
This realization completely changed the way I understand people, relationships, and personal growth.
"We often know very well what we should do differently. And yet, at a crucial moment, we respond in the same familiar way."
When understanding is no longer enough
We may know that we are safe — while the nervous system remains on alert.
For a long time, I was used to searching for answers through the mind. Analyzing. Understanding. Planning. But when it comes to deeper life and relationship patterns, understanding alone is often not enough.
That is why I began exploring nervous system regulation, heart coherence, meditation, breathing practices, body-based work, neurosomatics, and the relationship between the body, emotions, and inner safety.
I continue to deepen my knowledge through the study of somatics, which explores how the body holds experiences, stress, and emotional patterns — and how deeper, more lasting change can be created through the body.
The heart holds a special place
Heart coherence
As a certified HeartMath heart coherence coach, I help people develop greater inner alignment, emotional resilience, and connection with themselves.
Heart coherence is a state of greater harmony between the heart, brain, breathing, emotions, and nervous system.
For me, the heart is not merely a symbol of emotion. It is an important part of our inner intelligence.
When we enter a more coherent state, we can:
- Calm ourselves more easily
- Make clearer decisions
- Respond to stress more effectively
- Return to balance more quickly
- Connect more deeply with our intuition
- Express our needs more authentically
- Remain connected with ourselves even during challenging moments

My approach
I do not focus only on what a person thinks.
I am also interested in what is happening in their body. Where does tension appear. When do they lose connection with themselves. What triggers an automatic response.

Who my work is for
Often highly capable on the outside. Exhausted within.
I support people who often appear highly capable, responsible, and successful on the outside, while internally experiencing exhaustion, tension, or a loss of connection with themselves.
Often, the problem is not that a person does not know what they should change. The problem is that their nervous system does not yet experience the change as safe enough.
- Chronic stress and overwhelm
- The feeling that everything must remain under control
- Difficulty setting boundaries
- Constantly adapting to the needs of others
- Self-doubt
- Recurring relationship patterns
- Inner restlessness
- Difficulty slowing down
- Feeling disconnected from the body
- Difficulty making decisions
- Living in a constant state of alertness
When the state of the body changes
When our internal state changes, the way we live begins to change.
Decisions become clearer
Relationships become more authentic
Boundaries feel more natural
Less inner conflict
More self-trust
More energy for the people and things that truly matter
This does not mean that life becomes free of challenges. It means that we no longer meet every challenge from a state of threat, but from a place of greater presence, stability, and connection with ourselves.
Strength that is not based on control
For a long time, I associated strength primarily with perseverance, capability, responsibility, and the ability to keep going. Today, I understand strength more broadly.
"True stability does not come from having everything under control. It comes from being able to remain connected with ourselves even when we do not have all the answers."

My work within EVEREN
A safe and confidential space for a deeper understanding of yourself.
I do not believe in universal formulas. Every person has their own story, their own rhythm, and their own ways of protecting themselves. That is why I am not interested in changing someone as quickly as possible. I am interested in how we can create a space that feels safe enough for change to begin unfolding naturally.
Returning to yourself
This is not a path on which you become someone else.
It is a path on which you gradually remove everything that has been covering your authenticity. When the body begins to feel safer, we can reconnect with who we are beneath all the roles, expectations, and learned responses.
"I believe that healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about returning to who we have always been."
Begin with discovery.
The conversation is free and without obligation. Together we look at where you are and what would serve you most.
